The city of Příbram commissioned the CCLI to carry out Stock-taking in autumn of 2016 and to prepare a draft of the new legally binding ordinance. It was assumed within the project to lower the number of current addresses in the so far valid ordinance and with increasing the quality of individual gaming establishments.
The city council finally did not vote on the new legally binding ordinance. After a repeated speech of the president of the CCLI, the councilors voted against the implementation of the zero tolerance policy.
